If you're in your twenties you will probably realize that your hair is no longer as strong as it once was and your forehead is getting higher and higher. Balding kicks in.
Solutions
Medication
For now mediciation can only stop your hair loss. What is gone is gone. As balding is usually hormone induced, medication like Finasterid will regulate certain hormones down. Regulating hormonal balance by drugs often has side effects, in this case impotence.
Hair transplants
Cosmetic surgeons can transplant single hairs from the back of your head to the front. It's expensive, but delivers good results. Nevertheless it is only a worthwhile intervention, if the hair loss has (been) stopped. This is no meaningful option if you are still in your twenties.
Deal with it
Get /fit/ in order to have presentable facial aesthetics. Grow some facial hair and get a buzzcut.
